Shipping Policy

SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL 

(Residential address outside of Republic of Turkey)

All International orders are shipping with DHL Express. Shipping price and Estimated Delivery Time can be found at the shipping section at checkout.

International Import Taxes and Duties:
The shipping charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order is shipping to. These duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

3rd party freight forwarding companies:
We DO NOT deliver to 3rd party shipping companies and to their addresses.
Orders placed with a 3rd party shipping company address will be subject to review and cancellation.

Lost or Damaged packages:

DHL will cover lost or damaged packages only when INSURANCE is requested on the package. Insurance can be added as an option to your package for  free of charge. Please leave us a memo in the "Order Note" section for ‘INSURANCE required’. Lost or Damaged packages without Insurance will not be covered by The Biker Jeans or DHL.

DHL will cover lost or damaged packages only when Delivery Signature Confirmation is requested on the package. Insurance can be added as an option to your package for  free of charge. Please leave us a memo in the "Order Note" section for ‘Signature required’. Lost or Damaged packages without Signature Requirement will not be covered by The Biker Jeans or DHL.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns & Exchanges are available.

As with any other regular orders, we kindly ask our customers to be responsible for the cost of shipping the jeans back to us. In order to minimize any sizing issues, please contact our Sales Team at info@thebikerjeans.com to confirm the right fit for your order.

Any additional exchanges after the 1st Exchange will begin to incur shipping costs, which will be billed electronically. Please contact our Sales Team to go through a measuring process to find the best fit for you.

In case of a Return, the amount for original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount, accordingly.
