Warranty Policy
The Biker Jeans products have a warranty of 12 months from date of delivery. In the event of any article being faulty in materials or workmanship, we undertake to replace or at our option repair the article free of charge, subject to the below.
This warranty does not apply to any faults that happen because of any of the following:
(1) damage due to normal wear and tear;
(2) deliberate or willful damage, abnormal storage or use, accident, negligence by you or by another person;
(3) if you fail to use the products in accordance with the instructions provided;
(4) any adjustment you have made to the product, or alteration by you or someone else who we have not authorised.
Our liability is limited to such replacement or repair, which shall be deemed a complete fulfilment of our contract. In the event of any article being faulty in materials or workmanship when delivered, notification must be made to us within 7 days and we are to be allowed a reasonable time to enable us to replace or repair any article, providing that all faulty articles are returned to us in the state in which they were supplied by us. We shall be under no liability for faulty parts damaged in transit whether due to unsatisfactory packaging or otherwise.

EXCHANGE:
Trying on jeans to determine fit is fine, in most cases there are no issues and there should be no reason for concern if it doesn't fit within 15 days of receiving.
Please click "Start a Return" above to begin the exchange process. Our customer support team will then issue an order number with instructions by email. Item(s) received without order number will cause the exchange process to be delayed.

Items which show signs of being worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted for Exchange
If your item is in its original new condition, including all tags and packaging, you can exchange your item(s) for a different size or different model of your choice within 15 days of receiving and notifying us.
Restocking fees may apply if item(s) shows any sign of usage, damage, mistreatment (IE: Odor, Hair, Pet Fur, dirt, oil etc.) and missing any original tags
Original Items must be received back to The Biker Jeans within 15 days after the return authorization has been issued.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with getting your item back to us. We will cover standard shipping costs for the first exchange to get back to you. Shipping fees applied after the first exchange. We recommend shipping with a courier who provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment. All shipments must be prepaid; any packages shipped COD will be rejected.
Our system will notify you by email once your return has been inspected and the exchange has been processed, including details of any refund or extra payment due.
When exchanging Orders with Free Shipping, any additional exchanges after the 1st Exchange will begin to incur shipping costs, which will be billed electronically. Please contact our Sales Team to go through a measuring process to find the best fit for you.
RETURNS:
Please click "Start a Return" above to begin the process. Our customer support team will issue a return order number by email. Item(s) received without order number will cause the return process to be delayed.

Request a return for any new and unused item(s) to The Biker Jeans within 15 days of receiving your item. Items must be received back to The Biker Jeans within 15 days after the return authorization number has been issued
Shipping fees or any cost associated with international shipping such as duties, taxes or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, all returned items must be packed in their original garment bag, they must include all original tags, and should be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the original garment bag as the shipping package.
Items which do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with getting your return to us (exception of defective items).
We recommend shipping with a courier which provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment. Please retain your shippers tracking information. The Biker Jeans is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment back to us.
All shipments must be prepaid; any packages shipped COD will be rejected.
When refunding Order with Free Shipping, the amount for original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount, accordingly.
